By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this software application (“Software Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue your access to the Software Application and your use of the services offered on the Software Application. Continued use of the Software Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time.

General Conditions

You agree that you will not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any text, data, graphics, images, photos and videos (“Content”) that: (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive. You understand that We uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Software Application. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the Software Application or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Software Application. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, reverse engineer, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Software Application, use of the Software Application, or access to the Software Application without the express written permission by us.

Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Indemnity

Chatter Bot AI users and subscribers are subject to the Privacy Policy of our API provider, Open AI. You can find their most recent Terms & Policies at https://openai.com/policies.

You acknowledge that by opening and using the Chatter Bot AI app, whether free or paid, you agree to have read the Terms & Policies detailed in the link above. If you do not agree, please stop using this app.

Your use of the Software Application is at your sole risk. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, RELATING TO THE SITE, SERVICES, AND CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
